When connecting to the wireless network in the library, you will see two options:

  • eduroam
  • guest

If you want to access the library electronic resources you need to use eduroam.

Guest was designed for people who are visiting so they can use the internet, while eduroam is the official university wireless access portal with access to all of the university resources. Having eduroam also allows Wi-Fi access on the campuses of other universities that also use eduroam.

If you are having problems connecting to the eduroam wireless network, contact the IT helpdesk at (847) 578-8800 or helpdesk@rosalindfranklin.edu.
